Let us start off with defining Legacy. Some people say legacy is that what you are remembered by long after you are gone. Others say, legacy is about life and living. It’s about learning from the past, living in the present, and building for the future. So what do you define legacy as?
On Friday 24th March 2017 at Savelberg Retreat Centre located on Muringa road off Elgeyo Marakwet road, Ngong road, there will be a workshop on Building A Legacy. The event has been organized by COSH KENYA.
Why the interest from COSH KENYA you may ask. During the 50th Anniversary celebrations of Little Sisters od St Joseph – Africa(LSSJ-A), an idea was born to set up a home for the seniors. The Home was named after the late Cardinal Otunga whose name means ‘a staff for the old and lame to lean on’. Cardinal Otunga Seniors’ Home (COSH) is to be set up on a 5 acre piece of land in Kiserian owned by the LSSJ-A.
By attending the workshop you will not only hear from those leaving a legacy but you will also be helped to work towards leaving your legacy.
By purchasing a ticket, you will be contributing to the Cardinal Otunga Seniors Home Project.
Looking forward to seeing you. Find the poster below will all the necessary details
